Templates and prompts

No template gallery, a document made for you.

Slaide does not hand you a template to fill in. It designs the document for your content, or keeps your own PowerPoint exactly. Start from a ready prompt, an example or your own file.

1 document free, no credit card. The plan shows up to 12 pages and Slaide builds the first 3.

In short

Slaide has no gallery of fixed templates to choose from. You describe the content, or bring your own file, and Slaide designs the document for it. To get going fast there are ready prompts, hand-designed examples and step-by-step guides, and any document you make can be reused as a template for the next one.

Ready prompts

Six briefs to take along.

Take a brief into the box at the bottom of this page, change it to your case and start. Slaide shows you the plan before anything is built.

  • Pitch deck

Seed deck for a B2B startup

Create a 10-slide seed pitch deck for a B2B startup that automates invoice approval for mid-sized companies: problem, solution, market size, traction, business model, team and the ask. Clean and minimal, one key figure per slide.

  • Proposal

Client proposal for a market entry

Build a 12-slide client proposal for a retail market-entry project: assessment of the opportunity, recommended approach, team, timeline and a fee summary in three packages.

  • Report

    Quarterly board report

Write a quarterly report for the board of a mid-sized manufacturer: revenue, order intake, margin and three recommendations. Six pages with key figures and charts.

  • One-pager

    Product sheet for an app

Create a one-page product sheet for a project-management app for agencies: headline, three benefits, a short feature list, pricing hint and contact. Bold and modern.

  • Teaching

    Lesson on a history topic

Create a lesson presentation on the causes of the First World War for year 10: ten slides, plain language, one source per claim, a short quiz at the end and speaker notes.

  • Studying

    Revision notes

Create two pages of revision notes on price elasticity of demand for a first-year economics course: key terms, three worked examples and five practice questions.

Template or Slaide?

Both have their place.

A template is enough when the content is settled. Slaide pays off when the content still has to be made.

Your design as the template

Every document becomes a template.

In your library you can use any document as a template. Slaide keeps design and structure, rewrites the content for the new topic and adjusts the pages. A proposal or deck that worked once becomes the basis for the next.

You can also start from an existing PowerPoint or your brand: Slaide keeps layout, colors and fonts and fills the file with your content.

How to use a document as a template

  • Choose a document in your library
  • Click Use as template in the menu
  • Describe the new topic, Slaide rewrites the content

The original stays untouched.

Frequently asked

Questions about templates and Slaide.

Does Slaide have templates?

Not a gallery of fixed templates to choose from. Slaide designs each document for your content instead of filling a template many others also use. If you want a specific look, you start from your brand, an existing PowerPoint or an earlier document.

Can I use my company's PowerPoint template?

Yes. Upload the file: Slaide opens it as an editable document, keeps design and structure and fills it with your content. The free plan reads the first 3 slides, Plus up to 12, Pro and Max up to 150; Slaide does not accept the old .ppt format.

Can I reuse a document I made in Slaide?

Yes. In your library, choose Use as template. Slaide keeps the design and rewrites the content for a new topic; the original stays untouched.

Where do I find ready prompts?

In the prompt library and in the six briefs above. Take one, change it to your case and start.

What does it cost?

One document is free, no credit card: Slaide plans up to 12 pages and builds the first 3. Plus is €7.99 a month, or €5.99 a month billed yearly. All prices are final prices in EUR, VAT exempt under § 19 UStG where applicable.
