Consumer Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of § 36 Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz (VSBG, German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act). The former online dispute resolution platform of the EU Commission was discontinued as of 20 July 2025; a link to it is therefore omitted.

Note on AI-Generated Content

Slaide creates content with the help of artificial intelligence on the basis of user inputs, provided files and further information sources used for the respective function. Despite the review mechanisms in place, AI-generated results may contain errors, gaps or inaccuracies. Users are therefore expected to check the generated content for accuracy and suitability for the intended purpose before using it.

Statutory liability rules apply to third-party content and information, in particular the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) and the Digitale-Dienste-Gesetz.

Liability for Content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws. For third-party information that we store or transmit for users, the liability privileges of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act, DSA) apply, to which § 7 DDG refers. Accordingly, we are not obliged to generally monitor stored or transmitted third-party information or to actively investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected by this. Corresponding liability is, however, only possible from the point in time at which a specific legal infringement becomes known. Upon becoming aware of corresponding legal infringements, we will remove the content in question immediately.

Liability for Links

Our offering may contain links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for this third-party content. Permanent monitoring of the content of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete indications of a legal infringement. Upon becoming aware of legal infringements, we will remove such links immediately.

This applies accordingly to third-party websites that are retrieved or linked within the scope of Slaide's research function.

Copyright

The content and works created by the site operator on these pages are subject to German copyright law. The reproduction, editing, distribution and any kind of exploitation outside the limits of copyright require the prior written consent of the respective author or creator.

Insofar as the content on this page was not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected and marked accordingly.

Rights to the content entered by the user as well as to the results generated therewith are governed by the General Terms and Conditions.
